Cancellation Policy
Booking & Payment A non-refundable $75 deposit is required at the time of booking to reserve your event date and time. The remaining balance is due 48 hours prior to your event. Cancellations & Rescheduling The $75 deposit is non-refundable. Events may be rescheduled up to 7 days before the scheduled date, subject to availability. Cancellations made within 7 days of the event are not eligible for refunds. Final Details Failure to complete final payment by the due date may result in cancellation of the event. All add-ons must be selected at the time of booking. Supervision Policy To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all guests: Ages 6–12: A parent or responsible adult must remain on-site during the event. Ages 13–17: Drop-off is allowed. A parent or guardian must complete the booking agreement and remain reachable by phone during the event. Ages 18+: No parent supervision required. All events are fully hosted by staff, who guide the activities and manage the experience from start to finish. The booking parent or guardian is responsible for the behavior of all guests attending the event.
