Cancellation Policy
A non-refundable $75 deposit is required at the time of booking to reserve your event date and time. Event dates are not secured until a deposit is received. The remaining balance is due 72 hours prior to your event. Cancellations & Rescheduling The $75 deposit is non-refundable. Events may be rescheduled (subject to availability) or canceled up to 7 days before the scheduled date. Any cancellations will forfeit the $75 deposit. Cancellations made within 72 hours of the event (after final payment is due) are not eligible for refunds. Final Details Final payment must be completed 72 hours prior to your scheduled event to secure your reservation. Failure to complete payment may result in cancellation. All add-ons must be selected and paid for at the time of final payment. Supervision Policy To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all guests: Ages 6–11: A parent or responsible adult must remain on-site during the event Ages 12–17: Drop-off is allowed. A parent or guardian must complete the booking agreement and remain reachable by phone All events are fully hosted by staff, who guide activities and manage the experience from start to finish. The booking parent or guardian is responsible for the behavior of all guests attending the event.
